I think he means G.K.O.S. is an independent fleet,... that hopefully we could turn into some fun run weekends (PvP, PvE)for eg, between our two fleets. like play alongside each other and organize events, training weekends.
Which would be fun, and Id be up for it!

Well we've planned on having meetings every 2 weeks which will address current matters and future plans. So this can be something as simple as all of us coming up with a new fleet uniform or motto and then deciding on who gets handed the task, or if a member does something that is out of bounds, say like they say or do something you wouldn't normally do in public, then we will discuss that and decide on the best course of action, whether that be a demotion or a ban from fleet made PvE events. And the last option being a kick. The only exception to this rule is the head of departments for the fleet. So like i'm head of starbase operations, i decide what projects we work on and what should be a priority and if the fleet want to use the starbase for say special tactics training for in space and on the ground..even though we cannot shoot each other. Then those will be organized and over seen by me.
Basically not one person decides on something that effects the fleet as a whole..we have our own little council as it were among the command members. Hopefully you can understand where I am trying to come from :)

Before i start i would like to thank the two members of your fleet for both taking their time out to speak with me and to direct me here after answering my questions in a polite manner. so well done guys you get a cookie from me :D.
So you may be wondering or may not be wondering why i called this post "G.K.O.S. Guardian Knights Of Starfleet Alliance". well the clue is in the name, i wish to form an alliance between our two fleets. What we're looking for is a general friendly alliance, helping each other out..well should be doing that anyway, to have fleet only operations for example fleet only PvE/PvP and even provide training and advice to each others members.
A little bit about my fleet, we're about a week and 3 days old as of today with 27 active and friendly members. So far we have not managed to advance anything to a T1 but are making very good progress, we're friendly and talkative. We love to joke about and also know when it is time to be serious, we accept any level and class within the Federation. I have also asked my most active Vice Admiral to register on this page as any decisions which effect the fleet overall are done as a team which i hope is ok with you guys.
