Hello everyone!

One of the great honors and privileges of being an Admiral of Stonewall Fleet is to share in the positive experience it affords others and to our community.

A founding principal of Stonewall Fleet is to seek out new forms of diversity, to spread the Federation ideals of unity and acceptance, and boldly go where no person has gone before. As a long time Star Trek fan myself, I am reminded of that very simple ideal every time I watch the introduction to an episode of Classic Star Trek or The Next Generation. Yet for so simple a statement, it carries such significant weight; not only to our past and the present, but also to our collective future.

In any fleet or membership based group, there must come a vision - one which is guided by the decisions of senior leaders to help influence the actions of others toward a common goal. They are tasked with the welfare of the membership, including delegating such authority to those who embrace and best represent the principles of the group as a whole.

By the powers vested in me by the Admiralty of Stonewall Fleet, I would like to announce the following promotions to Fleet Captain effective immediately:

@Rasterpup - Department of Membership Management

As a Fleet Captain, @Rasterpup, will be responsible for general Fleet Captain duties such as assisting members in game, fleet invites, roster corrections in game and on the website and general forum/chat moderation just to name a few. Fleet Captains are a more senior member of the fleet due to their expanded abilities and knowledge of the game. They participate and assist with the day to day operations of this vast community we all appreciate and care about.

If you are in game and need assistance, feel free to reach out to any of the Fleet Captains, or to any Admiral that may be online at that time.

Please join the leadership and me in congratulating and welcoming @Rasterpup to his new role as Fleet Captain!

As was mentioned in a previous thread there will be a contest to coincide with this weekend's Bonus dilithium event sponsored by Fleet Resources Dept. So here's the contest:

The person to collect the most dilithium on one character over the course of the weekend will win:

THE STAR TREK ONLINE STEAM STARTER PACK

The pack includes, among other things, The Steamrunner Class Blockade Runner Escort in it's Tier 1 and Tier 5 Variety. (Click on the link to see the full list of contents and the ship stats). This pack is claimable on ANY Federation aligned character.

To Enter the contest simply reply to this thread with you @Handle and a screenshot of your Pre-event dilithium total. Hit "U" to open your inventory and character sheet and click on the assets tab in your inventory and take a screenshot. Make sure we are able to clearly see your dilithium totals as well as your character's name.

On Monday, after the event ends take another picture of your dilithium totals and post it as an edit to your initial post. We will then compare your pre and post event totals and who ever has the biggest increase in dilithium totals is the winner.

You are welcome to enter this on as many characters as you would like but we will only count the character with the HIGHEST gain in dilithium (Not a cumulative total of all toons)

So get out there earn some dilithium!

1. You cannot use Zen to dilithium conversion or transfer refined dilithium from one character to another to boost your dilithium totals, you maximum REFINED dilithium increase cannot exceed 40,000 per character

2. Your first screen shot must be posted by 11:59 PM EST on Friday 2/7/2014 and your final screen shot must be posted by 11:59 PM EST on Monday 2/10/2014 for your entry to count

3. Character's name must be clearly seen in both screen shot for entry to count

4. Your @Handle must be in your initial post
