Sorry been quiet of late, been kinda ill and also far too busy with work alas BOO! Not even enough time to do DOFF missions!

But I digress, would love to get your contributions for the Nov-Dec edition of the Stonewall Times and looking for articles and things, please get in touch with your pics, prose and pinups galore!

For this issue, it would be great to get a review of this year from events that we all took part in, to memories of the times we've shared together, from fleet to house to forum.

Thank you to EVERYONE who joined us today, October 26th, for our Zombie Crawl, Costume Contest and Trick or Treat events! The Trellium Catastrophe Foundry event will CONTINUE, this Thursday, October 31st (Halloween night), where those fleet members who were unable to join us for the event today, can run the event with us then, for a chance to win some of the AMAZING prizes listed in the first post in this thread, including an Elachi escort lockbox ship, a LOBI store ship of YOUR CHOICE, a Star Trek model ship ($200 value), ZEN and so much more!

The results and team placement of the Trellium event will be posted on Friday, November 1st! Keep your eye on the forums and on your in-game mail for updates!

How I wish I had actually looked at these rules before the event started, but to be fair I didn't think I would be online. I would like to thank the organisers of this for giving up their valuable time (and the valuable prizes) and of course everybody else who turned up to make it the success it looked to be.

The costumes, except mine, were all great and everybody made a huge effort.

Well let's see, I'm 23,and I've literally grown up with Star Trek and Star Wars. Both forays started off with the films, I absolutely loved watching Shatner's movies and admittedly I've never watched the TOS.Let's see..I'm a navy brat, so I mostly grew up in Yokosuka Japan, although I can speak japanese like the japanese I unfortunately cannot understand it and have the language comprehension of a four year old.

So yeah, my child hood is weirdly enough started out with Sailor Moon, then add Gundam, Star Trek, Star Wars, and then I found out about recreational reading. Started with Star Wars books admittedly, then I read a short story by Anne McCaffrey entitled The Littlest Dragonrider, which I adored. Spent several months looking in the fantasy section for it (Didn't know it was Sci-Fi) and ended up reading Return of the King, that went on to reading all of LOTR, then Harry Potter, then the Foundation series, then I finally found Anne McCaffrey's work, then from there the Tower and the Hive series, and currently I'm a big David Weber fan, mostly reading Honorverse.

As you can see my tastes are all over the place. I want to become a writer, and am in fact going to make my first attempt at a novel with the upcoming NaNoWriMo challenge, which hopefully my brother might turn into a graphic novel. I'm new to MMOs, Star Trek Online being my first and of course I'm in love with it.

Well for my Klingon and Romulan characters I use the random name generators for those, but for my federation character well, it has to be the U.S.S Thunder Child.

With each successive generation I've tacked on a letter, still pretty new to the game so I only have the Thunder Child A (Constitution class).

Anyway it was named after the Akira class vessel that was engaged in the Battle of Sector 001, which in turn was named after the HMS Thunder Child, an ironclad vessel that engaged the tripods in H.G Well's War of the Worlds.
