Captain: Jean-Luc Picard for his diplomatic skills (even though Janeway is my favourite captain)

I would, of course, have the Enterprise D as my ship. It is just bee-you-tee-ful. For the crew, I will keep it simple:

Captain: Picard. He just had so many good things to contribute!

For the remainder of the crew, I'd have clones of Picard ranging in rank from Commander to Ensign. Commander Picards like their earl grey tea hot, Lieutenant Commander warm, and Lieutenant cold. Lieutenant Junior grades have tried Rogaine to get some hair back, while Ensigns have still remember the horrors of the clay sculpture from Captain Picard Day in The Pegasus.

Yeoman Picards, who spend their time in Ten Forward, clean the tables with toothbrushes while Chief Petty Officer Picards are responsible for the molecular decomposition of lockboxes still leftover from STO...yes, they have half lives of hundreds of years!

Ambassador Picard would fly around to random planets in the Captain's Yacht, and Judge Advocate General Picard takes perverse pleasure in issuing rulings exactly opposite of his previous ruling each time. He has also secretly been stalking Nella Darren so that he can fondle her 'piano'.

They all like bacon.
