The lack of provisions is a fleet level thing, if you look closely at the fleet holdings interface there is a provisions tab for each of the 3 holdings.
The fleet has to queue provision projects in order to provide those provisions and every time someone buys something it uses a provision. The problem is provision projects give very little in the way of XP for a holding. So for the dilithium mine which we are trying to upgrade as fast as possible to unlock the best consoles and warp cores we cant queue provision projects. So right now the dilithium mine is not provisioned so you cant buy from it. As soon as it is levelled up we will immediately switch focus to provisioning elite fleet warp cores should become available in about 8 days and the mk xii consoles around 11 days after that.
The gist is dilithium mine is unavailable just wait till we have hit tier 3 on the red and yellow track before considering buying anything. You can find the current status on the fleet holdings menu ingame.
Right... forgot... But I can buy fleet ships as long I have the required stuff as stipulated in the ship requisition shoppe? (like dilithium, credits and that other thing) :) No additional stuff apart from that?

And how do we get those provision thingies for the mine? That Ferengi has stuff i must have or i will most surely die. :) And I'm contributing all day to the fleet. i have fleet credits en masse :)
Once you have been promoted to member which normally happens roughly 14 days after posting your introduction, though sometimes takes a bit longer depending on how often the people from membership can get on.
There is a fleet currency called fleet credits and everything you buy from the fleet including fleet ships costs it. You need to make sure you have earned fleet credits by donating to fleet projects. You can see how much fleet credits you have by opening your inventory by pressing the I key then clicking assets at the top. Providing you have enough fleet credits and dilithium to purchase something then your all set. However the fleet base must have provisions to allow the sale. Unfortunately our dilithium mine is out of provisions right now which means buying things from the dilithium mine isnt really possible. However the starbase and embassy is fully stocked so you can purchase whatever you like from there.
Hopefully that answers any of your questions, feel free to grab me in game if you have any questions.
Just to see so i've understood... After 14 days of membership i can start buying fleet ships, über-stuff at our starbase and all those lovely consoles from that darrling little ferengi at the dilithium mine?
If I have FC and that other military fleet ship thing I can buy fleet ship modules and than get me some ship?
I don't think there is going to be a huge tie-in. It's just he's so prissy that the camping is going to piss him off and then he'll take all that pissed-off-ness into the studio.
Ken is definitely gone next. Camping is going to drive him nuts and that energy will feed into his designing.
The way this season's been going, the camping may have little to nothing to do with the actual design challenge. So who can say? Although I can't say I'd mind if he was next to go home... ;)
A few notes I typed up while watching: - "Innards of a goose, that produce foie gras." o.O WTF Brandon! - Jeremy butt crack, if you're into that kind of thing. - I want, no NEED, to slap Ken in a non sexual manner. - In season 2 I could have sworn Santino left the workroom several times with his model undressed. I remember him gluing and stapling the clothes on a few times. - Does everyone else fast forward through Heidi shilling the prizes before the runway?
TEAMS: Brandon/Miranda/Ginger Vulcan Winners in my eyes. Both Brandon and GV made great sculptural pieces. Amazing textile results too, but Miranda keeps dragging out that same effing dress.
Justin/Dom/Helen This team was the only one that looked like a collection to me. Textiles were a bit drab, borderline Halloween/pilgrim aesthetic. Poor Justin's was terrible. Dom's was okay apart from the colour/print. Was very worried Justin was going to be auff'd when he got to call home in the middle of the episode.
Sue/Ken/Alexandria Hideous and noisy, literally. Lets all passive-aggressively throw each other under the bus. Nina was on fire judging this group. Did she say "half ass--ed"? Holy crap Ken. His tombstone shall read: "I'm speaking so you need to be quiet", and thanks for pointing out "there's duct tape". Never would have guessed. lol!
Jeremy/Karen/Kate Really unflattering designs IMHO. I really hate flaps that kind of stick out at the waist/hips. Completely destroys the line and makes most women look like they're wearing a sack.
Looking forward to next weeks "Glam-ping Trip"! Hopefully Justin wears short-shorts :woohoo:
I always skip through the prizes and the announcing of the judges. Except for the special judge. :-) Ginger Vulcan!!! LOL
Okay, I was off by one episode with regard to Sue. I'll take that. I'm very glad she's gone. It's not a diss of her skills--they're just not the right skill set for this kind of competition. Just as Timothy was an artist in a design competition, so Sue was a slow designer in a fast competition. But casting these sorts of mismatches, well, it does create drama, but more positively, it presents the audience with different outlooks in design. It's just that those outlooks don't get presented well within the show format.
Agree with folks about Jeremy's hip-fins. Didn't he do that in the last group challenge?
I'm not sure I have a clear favourite in terms of individual dress in this challenge. It was a very difficult challenge, thus harder to make something look exceptional.
ion.sol: Nina said "haphazard", but a lot of people mispronounce it "half-hazard" (you're supposed to pronounce the "p"), plus the "r" mostly gets dropped in her accent.
I think I know why everyone's crying in the sneak-peek. I bet Sandro hurt himself and is in the hospital. I hope I'm wrong.
