So I got into this weekend's testing event. :)

Will we be trying to all play on the same server?

I have really high hopes for this game. I hope to be playing for many years to come. It was really sad in Star Wars Galaxies when things went downhill in that game. The whole Jedi thing really ruined it when everybody found out how to become one. Not that I have anything against Jedi, as I plan to be one in SWTOR, they just handled badly in SWG.

Pretty poorly. 4 body shapes from which to choose; the number / variety of faces depends on the race you choose.

That said, I can still create a character with which I am very happy.

That will be cool to see and experience. I'm really looking forward to the story lines and how our choices can change our characters outcome. So different from the usual MMO's.

Personally i intend to my first period of early access to get perfectly situated in my new character, can anyone say how the Character creator stacks up to other games?

I understand your pain, I have a huge business leadership training/seminar this weekend, but I'll still find time to play ;)

I'm excited I should get the full five days, of course being in the Beta does give me some idea of what I'm going to be doing ;)

The ones at the class will be 250's, as will the one i will be borrowing for the next few months,the owner has been trying to sell it but it needs to be ridden from time to time.

I think the coolest aspect of the Star Wars universe is hyperspeed. I can remember going to see Star Wars when I was like 6 or 7 and thinking it was so awesome when the Millenium Falcon jumped to hyperspace. In all the subsequent films I always love it when they make the jump to hyperspace. Such a fun idea being able to travel anywhere in the universe in a relatively short period of time. Even the smallest of ships can have a hyperdrive, like Amidala's silver cruisers in the prequels (loved the sound her cruiser made when it flew into Coruscant... before it got blown up). I do love all the new (or should I say old) ships we will be getting for SWTOR as well, but they aren't as slick as those Naboo cruisers. Oh well, looking forward to flying with you all in the near future!

Like the others have said, riding a motorcycle is far more interesting than playing a new MMO anyhow. It will be out in a month anyhow so try not to get too flustered by that horrible ear piece they shove in your helmet!

When i did mine we were still restricted to sub 125cc bikes so the Honda NSR125R or Yamaha RD125 are excellent bikes to go for.

What little playtime i get in the beta this weekend will be anything other than as an IA, just so the story is completely new.

My brother is a lucky sob and got in the long term beta so I've played a bit of his, but I am trying to avoid it now since it's so near release. I don't want to spoil anything else.

But it's difficult to resist the dark side of the beta... :(

I've been debating about getting a box or not.
