Woot! Just checked...117 members! And we are on a PST time zone now to be in line with other LGBT guilds.

I think the main thing right now is getting everyone moved from the Knights of Stonewall guild into the other guilds. There are a lot of people that joined Knights of Stonewall just to be in one of our guilds, even though they wanted to play on other servers types or factions. We just need to get the word out to them to move to the other guild.

The UI still looks very much WIP but that hallway is pretty damn sexy.

I think the idea was to have a very minimal UI.

The phrase "like throwing a hot dog down a hallway" comes to mind.

Depends on your point of view. ;-)

But on a serious note I think my computer is in the stoneage when I read all this information. Very interesting and gives me something to think about when I go to look for a new computer and monitor in the next few months.

Lords/knights of Stonewall Europe

October 08 2011
A few days ago an email was sent announcing the creation of three other SWTOR Stonewall guilds. I moved my SWTOR guild application to the Stonewall EU Empire guild because i'm European and my first toon will be imperial. A the moment that guild consists of 4 members. There is no EU republic guild yet.

Are only a few Stonewall people European? Are other Europeans staying on the US servers?

Shouldn't we all try to stay on one server first and see if it works out? Lag won't be an issue, i play LOTRO on EU servers physically located in the US and this works fine. I don't know if peak hours will be a problem, people from all over the world will be playing on the US servers and if this guild has enough EU players this won't be an issue at all.

Any comment from other EU players would be appreciated.

I found another Interior shot showing off the UI from PE's game engine. This looks much closer to a final version.

"Winter is coming" haha!!

Nah,I agree, having two separate mottos for the two guilds is a good idea.

I use 2 ~20" monitors at work, and it works out pretty well. I have a large HP al in one at home, and I can't imagine using a second or especially a third monitor

Must be linen suits, too. I've never seen anything else get rumpled like that.

Did you think before you gave the title:)

I think if you are doing 3 monitors from what I hear the amd eye infinity is the way to go.

I guess I thought a little. For instance, "Triple penetration" seemed to over-the-top. ;)

And I just got back from a very very large meeting where they kept talking about Digital Penetration, Telephone Penetration, and (of course) Market Penetration.

So hard to keep a straight face that early in the morning.

I just don't know if it's even worth it. It looked cool in the store, but I don't actually know of anyone who has it, which makes me wonder if there are issues.

I've been wanting to pick up two more 53" HDTVs to do the same. :3

Would that be overkill? xD

I'm thinking, no not at all.

Re: What's the story, if any, to your ship names?

October 07 2011
My ship name on either of my characters (Kaaleb or T'Laris) is the USS Nechayev. Named after Admiral Alynna Nechayev who was Captain Picard's boss. She also made an appearance on DS9. I loved her character and the actress (Natalyga Nogulich) is such a sweetheart! Met her a couple years ago at the first Stonewall meet up at the Las Vegas Trek convention. She called me "spunky" ;)

I wouldn't particularly miss it.

I used to really like it but then when I was with my ex he would insist on it being on virtually every evening when it was on Sky and after several years it got real old...

I can barely bring myself to watch it these days.

As much as I like the Simpsons, I think it's way over due. They really lost it a long time ago. The last time I saw an episode a a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was awfully a lot like other episodes.

Just wanted to repost you Jerran because you've absolutely hit the nail on the head.
