Like you, I've been a STO player since open beta and really had high hopes for PvP, once upon a time. My vision included open wrold territory control... starbase takeovers and oh so many other amazing things, but I've learned to settle for the PvE experience ;)

Aww Khazaan... you cant give away anything in these packs, they are account bound

you have to be in the same general map area for it to work. like 100 meters on ground

so i asked in chat and was suggested that a fleet elite core is the way to go, one with amp. however there are millions of them and i really dont have a clue which one is more suitable.

so the toon is andorian, flys only andorian escorts and its a tactical. using the ageis set.

soo if anyone could say what would be most suitable and maybe include why that one, that would be super helpful.
