I agree with getting vulnerability locators. I would highly suggest upgrading your beams to mk xiv ASAP. Also you will want to get into the iconian 4 piece set.

Gear will only get you so far though, try watching some videos or reading on Reddit about beam builds. Look at the boff powers, traits and active doffs. There's a lot that goes into breaking 20k.

Finally most of the builds in /stobuilds Reddit channel use ISA to compare DPS.

I know they are expensive but have you tried getting the Mk XII Vulnerability Locator
consoles from the Spire? They give +1.6% CritH. That should boost up crits with the anti-p weaponry you got there.

Another really big thing that affects all of this are your skills. Dunno if you wanna mess with those yet, as they will be changing drastically with 11.5 and the new skill tree.

Any advice on how to improve my build would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a lot more DPS. I've been kind of disappointed with my DPS on this build. It's a huge improvement over my old build, but I need more. I logged a Tholian Red Alert and my DPS was only 3.3k. I thought it was going to be a lot more than that. I'd really like at least 15 or 20k.

Well hello!

This is my introduction post, so here goes....

My name is Richard Harrington, im 36 years old and been gaming the majority of those years, I play STO and im a WoW player.

I work for the Ambulance service in Yorkshire and try to play when I can :)

Im married with no kids but three cats!

And I guess the most important im looking forward to playing with an active fleet again!

I missed the PVEs and trivia due to real life demands, but I really enjoyed the bingo. I did show up as the scores were being called for trivia, and it seemed like something that a LOT of work went in to. I really appreciate everything that went into this and hope to see it again soon!

None of my fleeties participated that I know of, which makes me sad, but I'll just have to push it harder next time. They missed out, for sure.

It was plenty of fun, even the getting blasted into PvP oblivion part. Looking fwd to the next event!
