WINTER FLEET MINI-EVENT · MARCH 6TH, 2016
This winter has been one of record snowfall in many places across the globe, especially for those of us Stonewallers in North America! In honor of winter's continuing hold on us, we're proud to host a few exciting winter themed events throughout the day! After a previous, unexpected postponement of this event, we've re-scheduled it for Sunday, March 6, 2016! Check out our event line-up below and be sure to bring your blue lips and pale faces out to breathe in the snowflakes during our day of fun events!

We have a small number of openly gay/lesbian members that I know of in the national parliament of South Africa. I think, in contrast to North America, sexual orientation rarely makes the news in politics here. We've had non-discrimination laws for 20 years and marriage equality for 10 years, so legislatively and politically the equality battle has been won.

As for representation in government, yes I think that's very important for any minority group. Our biggest problem at the moment is addressing homophobia/transphobia in traditional, rural and disadvantaged communities where violence towards LGBT people still occurs on a daily basis. In this regard, I think representation of LGBT people from these communities in local government is very important.

I do kind of agree that I don't think it's necessary, but, I disagree that non-normative (written for brevity's sake) people have a "moral obligation" to come out.

I heard a lot about Marvel Heroes, I never got into it though. Maybe it'll come up this year and I will!

If we're suggesting games:

• Warframe
• League of Legends (only if there's some kind of tournament being set up for Stonewallers only, there's no point pugging your way through it for just a weekend of light gaming)
• Rift
• Aura Kingdom
• ArcheAge
• Navy Field 2: Conqueror of the Ocean (very easy to set up a fleet for Stonewall and play just Stonewallers without anyone being OP

In almost all games, you can find me as Xochild (sometimes without the capitalised "X" for the games that are case-sensitive).

I won't have the free schedule to fly back to America for the convention, but, I also don't feel safe enough going to the U.S.A. as well. I know it's going to be loads of fun though, and I hope everyone that goes enjoys themselves B)

The Second Award trophy of 2016 has been placed upon the famous Fleet Donor Award shelf, The person who Follows Frozenlillys sparkly award goes to.. @Wsstks1 / Ryan / Bubbles!

Our Combat Operations department Fleet Captain has just donated to the fleet a benthan assault cruiser T6! This has now been placed within our Stonewall Vault and will be a potential prize for one lucky member in the coming year, where we have a plethora of Events planned!

Ryan though sometimes shy is one of our knowledgeable members and has always helped out in chat when others perk up a question, sometimes guiding them through builds and spending a bit of his EC to get the basics for what they need.
As well as being such a nice guy.. hes a generous one too!!

So on behalf of the fleet.. its an honor to place this award on the shelf, to stand alongside all the other generous members of Stonewall Fleet.

I was thinking the same thing I'm still debating to buy a package or just pay daily.

do you need to purchase a package (i.e., Copper) in order to get the EMH BOFF? Meaning, do you only get that if you go into a room where there's a panel? Or can you get one if you're just General Admission?

I'd like to go but $550 is steep.

you do realize this is what you're asking aikune, et al, to do for you? Why should someone put together a build on stoacademy.com for you if you aren't willing to do it when asking for help?

Stoacademy's build thing is more helpful than that video.

I'll download and use it, though I will say I have a lot of trouble keeping track of both the game and with the communication software at the same time.

I very much appreciate you taking your time to come out for missions and trust me, I have NO problem helping new players out with any kind of content in the game. ESPECIALLY guild missions :laugh: We just need to make sure everyone is logging into TeamSpeak in the future to at least listen to what I have to say. I will be logging into TeamSpeak whenever I am logged into GW2. Even if no one else is on TeamSpeak at that moment. :P

Most of the events clash with my work schedule, but that's no one's fault--I'm in a weird time zone. I can do the Saturday event, but we saw how that went for me when I had a sub-80 character. But he will be 80 within a week or so, and then I can commit to the Saturdays.
