What skills you should use are dependent on what ships your going to use and your toon and how you want to play - ie dps/tank/healing etc..

The best thing to do would be to send in a request to the Shipwrights, in the notes tell them how you want to play etc and they will give you some advice...

Hello all,

I finally bought a captain retrain token.
I overbalanced everything when I originally bought skills and want to fix it.

I need some ideas on how to spend the skill points.
I want to be capable on the ground with grenades and primarily full-auto rifles.

More so I want to be better at space combat. Primarily dps and survivability. I like flying around like a crazy bumblebee so I would want to skill towards that idea.

I'm totally willing to use a skill planner, but just want some good ideas to start with.

On the first of December i will have been here fourteen days and from what I'm told that is when I will be promoted to member and be able to buy the Fleet Dreadnought Cruiser (T6). I have everything else I need Just waiting on the time. However, I'm also at a slight disadvantage as I was rocketed into vice admiral by a double XP weekend so I have less experience in my class then most. So I'm looking for help in figuring out how best to equip the beast.

You were perfectly right! A few days after I read your post I decided to trade in some dil for ZEN and buy the cap... It was the best thing I could buy with ZEN! Found a new game today. Doorkickers, it's a RTS SWAT game.
You have a team of police and you drag them around the map to take out gang members and other criminals. I am likely to buy it later. Much nicer than a turn-based one.
