Where I live, we hadn't had a war in more than 70 years and I think that's amazing and I consider myself very lucky to live in this part of Europe. Although one might argue that the opposite of war isn't peace - it's creation I think peace is very important and a good starting point for creation.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing great this December? 

With these dark days, I thought it could be a good idea to accentuate the positives and brighten up our lives by practicing gratitude.
Starting today and throughout the week leading up to the Winter Whirl, try to post at least one thing that you're grateful for each day. I doesn't have to be anything ground breaking or transcendental, it can just be simple things - Like not having to shovel snow in the morning :)

It's said that doing this over time can help you develop a more positive outlook in life and be happier... It can't hurt, at any rate!
