As a straight male, I'd avoid France and focus on where the ladies need it the most. Ty for the heads up (pun intended) ;)

Judging by that map, Luxembourg doesn't have men with penises :P

It's probably length in centimeters. Which means that the average French penis is about 6.3 inches in length.
