Janeways reproduce via mitosis. They realised that men were just not tough enough to get the job done and would just water down and weaken her superior genetics. :3

Actually, what's even cooler, is that she DID have a man back on Earth, but she set aside all concern about that relationship for the good of her crew.

I wanted to like Janeway, but when Voyager was on the air I was working for a woman who was the spitting image of Katherine Mulgrew. Her name was Katherine too! This woman I worked for was easily the worst boss I've ever had (11 managers quit under her reign of terror, including me). So whenever I watched Voyager I always thought of my boss and shuddered, especially when Janeway was being authoritative... which was pretty much every show.

Sylvenger, I've worked for managers and directors that were like that as well. I just hoped that karma would truly find its way home and that they would develop some rectal cancer that caused uncontrollable bowel movements.

Hehe, trust me, I wished that and worse on her. She did eventually get fired, once the corporate office noticed that so many people were quiting under her. I had already left at that point though. Oh well, ancient history. ;)
