When is the release?

Im not sure it has one yet, they have not even really gotten into beta, that i know of.

I think it you participated in the Season 6 for STO on Tribble you earned a Closed Beta invite.

Wow, seriously? The ONE fucking season I didn't participate in gets a Closed Beta to Neverwinter!? Le SIGH.

I believe that having a lifetime subscription to STO, also provides closed beta access to Neverwinter, just in case you have one of those.

Is it wrong that I'm now actually quite excited about it? Certainly I think it'll be a lot of fun to level through (just like STO was) and I watched a video walk-through of the Foundry and the interior level editor looked really nice.

Was also glad to see that the chat box has a place in the Neverwinter Foundry. I hated being cut off from the guild just because I'm crafting missions.

As long as the combat is fun then I think Neverwinter will be a success. Apparently if you buy the February edition of PC Gamer you get a free mount (a black or white horse) at launch, which is awesome.

oo been looking forward to this game for a while, i have played every neverwinter nights game and d&d, defo be ingame when this comes out, looks great! :)

But wondering how many are playing it in beta and what are your thoughts without breaking any NDA stuff.

I myself have been playing alot of sci fi mostly games since RIFT and EQ1 and EQ2 and find it kina cool to go back to my roots so to speak.

I mostly only grew up on D&D first edition and we threw in some 2nd edition here and there when my D&D groups could afford all the new books back in guess what the late 80's early 90's .. I still prefer my first edition stuff ROFL .. and some may be worth some money even though they have beer spillage and other undesirable attributes ... even got some of thoese maroon 2nd edition class specific books in my closet with my catwoman 1-20 or so which aint worth much LOL.

Anyway just a ramdom feeler.

Though I'm not participating in the Beta Weekends, I've been keeping my eye on it for a while and would like to give it a whirl when it's released. I mainly played the first NwN release (never really got into NwN2), so I'm curious about the MMO. I'm also in the mood for something fantasy-ish.
