Headset Recommendation

So... I'm usually not big into headset gaming, but I think I'm going to give it a try. I'm on a bit of a budget and couldn't see myself spending anything over $50. Can anyone help me in the right direction?

I use the SteelSeries 5H v2, and I'm really happy with it. It's very comfortable to wear, and doesn't hurt your head or ears during long duration gaming sessions. It has a retractable mic that hides in the headphone itself, for when you're not using it and the sound quality is decent.

It's a bit over your budget at about $79.00 dollars, but considering that a lot of mid range to high end gaming headsets easily retail from between $250 to $400, I'd say that this one is reasonably priced. I think it's worth the investment! Good luck in your search!

Is what i use, it is cheap and cheerful but works nicely and has an adjustable mic and has always been comfortable for me.

Ok... so... I was bad. I went a little over budget. I went into Bestbuy today to test out some headsets and I also checked out the mice. :whistle: I shouldn't have, but I did... I purchased both a headset and mouse. They were cheaper on amazon so I JUST put in my order. I got the Plantronics GameCom 780. I really liked the comments and youtube reviews. I also liked the way they looked at Bestbuy and they were also sturdy. The mouse... I shouldn't have done it at all, but I had an itch to... I didn't go crazy with this one. It's a step up from my plain ole mouse, but it'll get it's use. Logitech G300. I kind of liked the fact that you can change the lighting colors on it and I can keybind Dodge and a few skills on the keys. I'm excited... what do you guys think?

I still have a plantronics headset it is my old one that i shuttled over to my work computer so i can listen to music there. It is really really good its just the mic wasnt amazing on it.
And you cant go wrong with a logitech mouse really.
