Please join me in congratulating @GXV3 on his promotion to Admiral!

For the last year, Gareth has been served as a Fleet Captain for both the Fleet Morale and Membership Departments, separately. He's been an active member of the leadership during that time and we're excited to have him join the Admiralty! He will be taking over as the Chief of Fleet Resources which manages our in-game resources such as Fleet Banks, Holdings and Prizes.

As I said to someone.. he has left a legacy of hard work & dedication, both Danster and Dave made a blueprint of how much fun can be had.. these are the guidelines for us to follow.

Today marks the 5th anniversary of @GXV3's time in post and since my post above, have found myself a home within Resources as well. Please join me in appreciation of his service to the fleet and here's to many more sir!
