ArenaNet has opened the Beta sign up process. You can apply by going to the following website: https://beta.guildwars2.comIt requires you to download a small file and it will send of your DXDIAG information to ArenaNet. I was using Google Chrome and this step was failing but when I tried it using Internet Explorer it seemed to work so if you have problems give this a try.
