Basically Star Trek started me into the technology world. I never really got the true hidden messages that we all know and see clearly today. I was more interested in the geeky side of Trek. Not so much TOS but more so TNG and then VOY. These shows were all on during a time of my life crisis and what was I and who was I so I didn't put much thought into the messages the shows portrayed. My mind was so cluttered with what was right and what was wrong that by the time I figured out myself I was starting to see it more clearly in reruns of the series. I am still finding little nuggets inside the shows as I rewatch them over and over.

Star Trek is still an influence on me as time goes on.

I'd be up for being part of a Stonewall guild, it's been hard to drum up interest from my old WoW guildies. Presumably most of you are US based though?

I've been playing the last few beta weekends of Wildstar, loving it. I'm intending to play Dominion side, medic/spellslinger/engineer. Can't decide between them.

I still watch Star Trek over i-net, preferably Voyager (and I´m sure most of you have figured out by now that I´m a Voyager and Janeway fan, lol) and I´m still impressed. And that´s why I play Star Trek Online. I love it!^^

ST: Voyager was the first Star Trek series that truly got me hooked into Star Trek. I totally love how Star Trek in general has influenced people to be more open-minded and accepting. ^^ *big hugs*

We welcome you to join anytime you feel it's right for you. There are lots of things, we as a fleet, do. We have a ton of in-game events and lots of team ups for end game content. As well we have tutorials, if you need them, for all of the reputation content. Feel free to check out our Welcome Center for more information.

I suppose what I mean really I haven't yet felt the lack of a fleet. I'd be delighted to apply when I do. :-)
