I will have 2 ships on 2 characters i will be thinking of this for. The one you see in my current signature in his bug and my rom eng in his mogai. The bug will eventually be set up as a dps, with a minimal ability to take damaged from his eng abilities. The Mogai will hopefully become a tank to give out some dps while eating damage for breakfast.

The consoles give you a science ability and either increase [+Th] or decrease [-Th] your threat. Threat increases your probability of being targeted. So, [+Th] will increase the frequency that you're taking fire. Conversely, [-Th] decreases the frequency that you're taking fire.

Keston is a modest science ship. I have four consoles deployed, all of them [-Th]. I rarely take any fire, if at all. This allows me run crowd control undisturbed. It's awesome in KASE while guarding probes. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. :)

The Stonewall Times is a publication that I'm very passionate about. I've contemplated taking this project on since Ali's departure, but unfortunately, with my real life and fleet responsibilities, I simply can't make the time in my already busy schedule to take on another project. It's with a great sadness that I have to pass up this opportunity...

With that said, I think that this could be a very exciting opportunity for the right, self-motivated person who's committed and passionate about the publication. This publication binds our fantastic community together, and I'd love nothing more than to see this up and running again in the near future, with the right person at the helm!

No, there isn't any form of review before hand. The Editor-in-Chief has complete control over the content in Stonewall Times.

And buying a fleet ship is "to buy from fleet stores"? The answer was 'yes'? I have to be have the fleet rank of 'member' to buy a fleet ship? :)

I don't mean to be annoying with my questions, bu I'm quite new to all this and have ADD and Autism on top of 'newbie syndrome' :) I just want to make sure i don't get it wrong.

You must be a member to buy from fleet stores and the heavy escort carrier can equip most fighters unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ok... And just so i get things right: I don't have to be promoted to fleet 'member' to buy a fleet ship?

And... while writing; If I buy a fleet heavy escort with hangar(s), can i equip any ol' fighters in that hangar or must i use those sad little Peregrines? :)

Several months ago, we unfortunately had to cease production of the Stonewall Times due to lack of an Editor-in-Chief and Layout Artist. The loss of the Stonewall Times has been felt by the community and to bring it back, we're opening up the Editor-in-Chief of the Stonewall Times up to the members.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for:

• Maintaining the Writers group
• Giving out writing assignments
• Collecting articles
• Producing the Times for release

The lack of provisions is a fleet level thing, if you look closely at the fleet holdings interface there is a provisions tab for each of the 3 holdings.

The fleet has to queue provision projects in order to provide those provisions and every time someone buys something it uses a provision. The problem is provision projects give very little in the way of XP for a holding. So for the dilithium mine which we are trying to upgrade as fast as possible to unlock the best consoles and warp cores we cant queue provision projects. So right now the dilithium mine is not provisioned so you cant buy from it. As soon as it is levelled up we will immediately switch focus to provisioning elite fleet warp cores should become available in about 8 days and the mk xii consoles around 11 days after that.

The gist is dilithium mine is unavailable just wait till we have hit tier 3 on the red and yellow track before considering buying anything. You can find the current status on the fleet holdings menu ingame.
