I dont think brief respites are bad at least it prevents the minority of greedy campers from gaining another ton of fleet credits to their bloated pools while other fleeties dont get a look in.

I've watched this more than once, and every time it makes me happy.

Currently the main fleet has 3 fields empty as of 6:15am est this morning. KDF had one open for a short time yesterday, but as i said that did not last long.

Currently, Fleet Captains and Admirals have the ability to queue new Projects. That's a good number of people already and we've been promoting new Fleet Captains regularly. As well, we don't currently have any ranks empty in-game to create a new rank from.

Which fleet is having trouble keeping projects queued and which type of project?

So should I be fine....or can my graphics card support dx9 if it can support 11? Is it possible to change? Thanks so much for your responses guys!

The Ale Pour seems vaguely familiar last time I went out drinking...

I have read that they're working with Dx9 in order to be compatible with the widest number of systems and reach the widest possible fan base. But I don't know if that makes it difficult to run under high iterations of Dx. :\

ArenaNet just announced it won't support DX11 until 'later'. Only DX9 at launch.

For those of you who have been asking about DX11 support for Guild Wars 2, our goal with GW2 has always been to provide a gorgeous fantasy world while at the same time running on a wide range of gaming PCs.

Focusing on DX9 allows us to do this, as it’s a much wider supported graphics API than DX11 is and we wanted our game to reach as many of our fans as possible.
