Hey,

I'm requesting an update as I have different ship classes in my lineup and from my inventory and avatar bank... I took the time to record all of the items in my inventory and avatar bank as well as the ships in my lineup and what's on them right now. but mainly I just swap loadouts from one ship to another; depending on my moods or if I want to enjoy piloting a certain ship...brought on by a certain episode or ST movie.

I posted it on YouTube as It would take too long to do it on the build page...

My Inventory and ship loadout

It doesn't have to be done all at once; I'm just hoping to find the ideal build that can be applied to my avatars that are Half Tactical and half Enginering. This way I would know what to do for my other avatars and their ship builds. something like an Ideal build for Intrepid class, Defiant class as half the time I just skip over things like Escort and prefer going by ship class...and it's easier for me to remember said ship by class name and not what STO calls it Thanks for the help and assistance.

It's all good, Pink. :) At least Cryptic realized there were unauthorized attempts on your account and managed to take care of it before the situation got worse.

OK cryptic got back to me and it turns out that someone did attempt to access my account and they blocked it just in case. I am now in the process of recovering the account provided all the info I gave them was correct. Sorry about this..

Also, when were you last in the game? and what was the last character you logged in with?

it is 17:00 GMT - The last character to log in under the fleet roster was your KDF 17 hours ago.

Your DSS and Legion characters were 23 hours ago and your Main character was 2 days ago.

Until you inform us otherwise I am demoting these toons to the rank of Recruit. This is nothing other than a safe guard to the fact you no longer claim access to the account. If you do reclaim it please inform me and I will promote them back to member.

they should contact you yea .... maybe its in a back log of emails to be sent.. or spam...

the only way to know is to use that link and contact them/submit a ticket asap as they take a while in responding...

Keep trying to reset your password, logging into the site or arc launcher or the game launcher.

Check your spam box, other email sorting tabs, try allsorts

No i did not get a code, so I guess I could be blocked or banned for whatever reason. Dont you get notified if your account is banned?

Did you get a Code sent to you from the website?

When someone trys to log into the site... or the game.. from another browser or computer it stops them, before they can even log to get into your details.. and asks them for a code they sent to the registered address.

So it still MAY have not been hacked... cryptic may have blocked your account for some reason... Contact them asap

I cannot access the account at all, the email has been changed. I don't know how they did it, I did not receive a special password request on my email account. I guess my star trek days are over..
