Wow, and I thought I was bummed I couldn't go to Vegas... I love cruises, and I love trek. Now that I know they can be combined, I must find a way to go on one before I die.

I get my fill of Trek at the convention in Vegas and that's likely about it for me. My husband and I own travel by cruise ship when travelling internationally, but I'm not sure if I could convince him of a Star Trek cruise hahaha

The Celebrity Solstice is a gorgeous ship!

Just in case no one read into the details:
Gene Roddenberry's son is a NoH8 campaign advocate, and he's a cutie! Can I get this picture poster sized to hang over my bed?!? =D

Makes me wanna go even more, they've also got some good Trek guest stars :)

funny my guy is turning into a nerd, but not a gamer at all. In fact he bought a TNG uniform this weekend at dragon*con. Course he had to go captain, asked if he could add extra pips too.

Marina Sirtis would be the reason I went on the trip. She was great this past weekend. Even when Denise Crosby stormed off stage.

I dont think she was supposed to be on the TNG panel at Dragoncon. Garrett Wang announced everyone, then got to Frakes, and she burst through the curtains. No announcing her at all.

Then they were asked some question, and Frakes turns to her and says "How's that career move going for you Denise?" Then he says, something about wanting her more lines or she told Gene she would quit. Gene said "yars dead." That contradicted her Q/A the day before that she did on her own where she said it was amicable, both made the choice etc... So she starts saying he, frakes, wasn't in on the conversations etc...

Then they were asked their favorite TNG moment on set. They say when Patrick started singing "the hills are alive" right before Yar's funeral scene being shot. She says she didnt know about that and got more offended that they all shared that and she wasn't apart of it. She kept saying "where was I?" To which Frakes goes "under the hill, dead."

Finally someone asked Spiner about Data's chip. Denise cuts in saying "did I have a chip?" Frakes says "yea on your shoulder." And Bam off she goes. He thought she was kidding, but the staff came out and got her stuff off the table, He followed, then yelled "Marina we need a psychiatrist back here!"
