Avatar Upload?

Hey guys, I tried to upload a new avatar and it just keeps going to a blank screen, not sure why. It also seemed to have deleted my current avatar. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank ya.

Trying making the new avatar smaller. There are limits on size and the site doesn't resize.

It says you can upload something up to 8MB, but that's not accurate. Try getting it to about ~200kbs and it should work. Unless you have a really slow upload speed, then it needs to be smaller.

The picture is 131x135 pixels and only about 31kb, hah. Any smaller and you won't see it :/ Just tried to make it smaller and it still goes to a blank page when I hit upload.

What browser are you using? I have found Firefox sometimes doesn't work. I've had good luck with photos on IE and Chrome

Jared, you might try cleaning out your cache. That's the only thing that I can think of that might be causing this kind of issue.

Do you have issues with any other section of the site?

I use Firefox and I never ever have had a problem with it for years. Tried clearing my cache, and it still didn't work. Anyway, I tried it with IE and it worked so go figure.

What version of Firefox?

I'm using 8.0 which I believe is the latest?

Yes it is. I honestly don't know what could be the problem. I don't think it calls some ActiveX or Java so I'm honestly not sure.
