In the United States, we typically use what we call a resume. It's a professional looking outline of work related experiences. CVs are typically only used by academic types for academic purposes. However someone can use a CV in lieu of a resume if they have a lot more academic experience instead of work-setting experience.

I have the pleasure of working from my home office in Phoenix Arizona (Yes it's fucking hot as Vulcan here) as a Personal Vacation Consultant. Fancy title for travel agent :-) Been at it for almost 13 years and don't really see myself doing anything else. LOVE sending people to exotic locations and being a part of their vacations, honeymoons, anniversaries and all that jazz. I would add a picture but never really like pics of myself. Not overly photogenic in my personal opinion.

Sounds like a pretty awesome Job! I am hoping to go to Norway in January any advice? :)

Any particular locations or desires in travel preferences?

No pics of me at work. But I work for a print shop in Salem, OR. My duties include:

- Graphic Design/Typesetting
- Pre-Press File Setup (Making sure everything is correct BEFORE it goes to press)
- Production Work (B&W and Color Copies/Printing)
- Production Ancillary Work (Bindery, Cutting, Folding, etc...)
- Customer Service (Email, Phone & Walk-In Customers)
- And various other cleaning/organizing duties.

It's a great job and the pay is good. I am most definitely underpaid for the amount of work that I have to do, but who's gonna quit their job in this economy?
