This post is to give some information on the Stonewall Times and to invite feedback on evolving the magazine for the community.
Our 5(+1 issue per) year mission
To boldly entertain, inform and bind our Stonewall community
Our charter
The Times sits within the Operations department reporting to the Chief of Operation's office but we have an independent editorial function.
We are a bunch of writers, artists, editors and copywriters who serve to create each issue with love :blush: No Orion slaveboys/girls are harmed in the making of each issue.
The magazine complements the site forums and social media streams (Facebook/Twitter/G+) in PDF form so you can read it offline at your convenience. It forms a record of our fleet events and members for posterity and is filed in Memory Alpha's periodicals for scholarly reference.
We aim to have a bi-monthly edition each year but generally this is determined by the availabilty of our team and also contributions submitted. Contributions are open from all members of the fleet and in any subject matter area. Have a look at the various sections below (or submit a new one!)
The Times' sections
Here is a list of the various components that may feature in an issue.

| Galactic Grapevine | gossip from the 4 quadrants! |
| Science Corner | Featuring articles of intellectual format, and/or pretty shots of stars burning a blaze of glory upon the night sky |
| Starship Centrefold/Calendar | Submit your ships to feature as the centrefold or as a monthly calendar for members to print and proudly display |
| Subspace snippets | Anything goes here! |
| Convention Corner | News from ST or other SciFi conventions, fleet meets (at the annual Las Vegas con) |
| Recipe PADD | Shove Neelix off his prime time cooking slot and share your own culinary masterpiece! |
| Foundry Review and Q&A | Have you played an awesome Foundry episode? Would you like to have it reviewed by Admiral Voleron? Let us know! |
| Gamesmaster | Fleet Admiral Nick's guide to upcoming and new games |
| SWTOR | Share your mastery of the Force with the rest of the fleet, get more apprentices into the path to the Light/Dark sides |
| Guild Wars | A section to showcase your enjoyment of the game |

Contribute
So if you would like to help out, remember your contributions are always welcome, no matter how small or how elaborate! ;)
Feedback is also welcome and volunteers (journalists, reporters, artists, photographers, selfie-takers) to help grow the team defintely needed. We have excellent hug insurance benefit (supplied by our wonderful @Eurrsk) and you will be part of the institution that is the Stonewall Times.
