YAY! the fleet admiral has OK'd our Bacon Armada arm squad.

*signs up* :woohoo:

i told you...BaconArmada should be a rally cry for the fleet. how can a person hear that and not want to stop whatever he/she is doing to help? i know i would. eating dinner.... "BaconArmada"...drops fork and rushes to aid. washing car..."BaconArmada"...leaves car wash on foot and runs to help. reworking an excel formula..."BaconArmada"...uses the emergency exit to leave work and buy girl scout cookies. it just has so many greater purposes. rumor has it if you say BaconArmada three times in a row, instead of Candyman showing up you get a half man, half bear, half pig entity dubbed MeanBearPig...oh wait, that's South Park.

it also would serve as a fantastic board game where various star trek ships go round and round a monopoly-like board that is covered in bacon grease...the first player to totally coat his or her ship wins. i've totally over thought this...must seek mental help...#BaconArmada.

Journal Entry #761. Monday.

I didn't know if it was simply a game. Perhaps a badly crafted practical joke or even a conspiracy by my enemies. I've never been anything but kind and nice in fleet chat, and how was I repaid for such a generous and caring attitude? With silence. Pure, crystal clear silence on a massive scale that was both undeserved and unfair to someone of my stature.

"Hello," I said. I knew after 10 seconds of no replies that they were ignoring me. I could feel the walls closing in, crushing me, draining me of my happiness and comfort. Replacing it with horror. With anger and angst. I did nothing to deserve such a terrible fate.

"How is everyone doing?" I asked. My fingers began to tremble as my piercing, pond-water colored eyes locked to the numerical numbers that is the clock on my computer. I had wondered if 10 seconds was incredibly unreasonable, so I decided to wait 11 seconds instead.. And still nothing.

"CURSE YOU!" I shouted. "You'll all feel my wrath!" I begin to force-choke everyone in my mind, throwing them against the walls and slashing them with a light saber that bore the color crystal of deep red and black. "You will feel my anger!" I began to sweat as the massacre continued, panting and huffing. My power was unrivaled. No one could stand against me.

I gave as much anger as I could before I slid down the side of my bed and onto the floor, not realizing the carnage I had done to my own room. My poster of my favorite Pokemon ripped to shreds. My Dungeons & Dragons trading cards ruined as they sank to the bottom of the fish tank. My little ships... all broken. I began to weep uncontrollably, raising my hands to the air asking, "Why, Prophets, why?!"

"You made me do this!" I growled as I arose to my feet a few hours later, picking up my computer chair, and placing it back to its normal position. 'This is my command chair,' I thought. 'I have the power and I will make them feel this burn. I'll make them see.' I said in a deep voice as I sat down and began to navigate through the fleet UI in-game. And there it was... the button that would make them realize what they did to me.

Time began to slow as I rolled my mouse pointer closer and closer to the "Leave" button. Strong, confident music began to play out of no where. My sinister smile took over my handsome, dashing, beautiful face. My index finger began to lower, eagerly awaiting the sweet escape I had been longing for, and just as I was about to land my own form of righteous justice born from injustice, something I did not expect changed the entire world.

"Hi," someone said in chat. 'A reply!' Someone recognized me, swiftly ending my costly and devastating rebellion in the kingdom of Stonewall.

Little did I know, they were busy doing an STF and couldn't reply at the instant I had wanted them to. I shook it off. "Meh, I guess I can forgive them," I told myself. They even let me join one of their STF's, too! The Sith inside me had been soothed and the rest of the gaming day in STO went excellent! Maybe I did act a little silly...
