what warp core?

so i asked in chat and was suggested that a fleet elite core is the way to go, one with amp. however there are millions of them and i really dont have a clue which one is more suitable.

so the toon is andorian, flys only andorian escorts and its a tactical. using the ageis set.

soo if anyone could say what would be most suitable and maybe include why that one, that would be super helpful.

Elite Fleet Plasma Integrated warp core with [AMP] [Eff] [SSR] [W->E] [WCap] is one that I have flown around with.

cool, though if i can be really cheeky, would you at all mind explaining why those are the modifications that i want? so i can understand better for other toons when their time comes
