Mission Issues - Dragon's Deceit (Holes and Corners)
Hello my lovely Fleeties,
I hope that I've put this query in the right spot. If I haven't, please forgive me.
I'm running into issues with a Delta mission - Dragon's Deceit (Holes and Corners) and rappelling.
With my new 23C character, I don't seem to be able to rappel down the cliff side. No matter what I try, I seem to be able to assume the rappelling position...but no matter of keystroke or mouse action will get my character to move. The on-screen help says to press 'S' after pressing 'F' to start the rappelling action. That doesn't seem to work. In the previous climbing action (or climbing across a rope by pressing 'W')...the 'W' doesn't work either....but I can crawl across using my mouse. I've tried dropping the mission and restarting, changing instance, resetting my defaults, completely exiting and restarting, trying it on another computer running a different OS...as well as every action under the sun during the mission to try to get past this sticking point. I've even put in a bug report to Cryptic. So far...nothing.
I'm usually self-sufficient in solving my own issues...and I've even gone online to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue and there's nothing on that front either. I'm going to try to see if my other characters experience the same issue (as I don't know if it's an issue only experienced by my 23C character) and report back.
Has anyone else had issues in trying to get through this mission? I welcome any help or assistance.
