Anyone playing GW1?

I'm a complete newb... just looking for guildies to play with and help each other out in GW1. Primarily trying to get HoM points.

oh man GW1! I have it installed for the same reason, after those HoM achieves and the nostalgia trips! My in game name for that is Delivering Bow (I know, I know...). I was in there not too long ago going for all the mission bonus stuff but got stuff in crystal desert, so I'm all for a guild presence in the game haha!

I'm up to 8 HoM points and I've completed prophecies, at the Great destroyer in EotN (Can't beat it), probably half way through Factions and... where am I in nightfall... oh! I'm in the realm of torment I believe (getting close to abby). I still feel like a complete newb when it comes to GW1. I need to work on gearing up... Hit me up if you see me! There's a gem of a skill called Pain Inverter that makes the Great Destroyer a joke. Unless they nerfed it since my last login, and it's been a great while, it's a great option if cheap tactics don't bother you (definitely saves the hairline some!). The trick is to be fast and have enough heros and familiars within range to invert sufficient damage. Consider bringing an SS ritualist, MM necromancer and rangers with an animal companion with you.

Im trying to get HoM points aswell! but man i feel like everythings so slow! Hard to play by myself, idk what heroes or builds to use! lol
