Legendary Miracle Worker Multi-Mission Science Vessel

Beauty Shot

Overview

The Legendary Miracle Worker Multi-Mission Science Vessel is equipped to explore the far reaches of the unknown and make it back home again. Designed using lessons learned from the U.S.S. Voyager’s trek across the Delta Quadrant under Captain Kathryn Janeway and Chief Engineer B’Elanna Torres, the Legendary Miracle Worker Multi-Mission Science Vessel features Innovation Mechanics, an Ablative Generator, a Photonic Shockwave Torpedo, Aeroshuttle, a hangar bay stocked with Delta Flyers, and it can equip dual cannons. All of these capabilities ensure that the Legendary Miracle Multi-Mission Science Vessel has what it needs to meet any challenges it may face, near or far from home.

Strengths

The Legendary Miracle Worker Multi-Mission Science Vessel is designed for scientists. Like other STO Intrepid variants before it, the ship is clearly intended as a platform for exotic mayhem. While it lacks seating or consoles that would make it competitive with a tactical and weapons-based build, it makes up for that with excellent support for crewmembers from the Science division.

Equipment

This build uses easily-obtained equipment, including only standard gear and pieces which can be obtained through Fleet Holdings and/or mission rewards. See below for upgrade suggestions using more difficult-to-obtain gear.

Clearly, upgrading gear to Mark XV and Epic quality will provide the best results. However, see the Suggested Upgrades section below before heavily investing in gear you may be replacing before long.

Weapons

As this is an exotic damage build, weapons are secondary. Torpedoes will be used as primary weapons because they have no requirement for weapon power, allowing the captain to allocate maximum auxilliary power.

Polaron energy weapons will be used in a secondary role, to maximize set bonuses.

Fore Weapons

  • Trilithium Tricobalt Torpedo Launcher from the New Frontiers mission "Beyond the Nexus"
  • Photon Torpedo Launcher (x2)

The Trilithium Tricobalt Torpedo Launcher used with Console - Engineering - Reinforced Armaments enables the two-piece bonus of the Trilithium-Laced Weaponry set, which increases weapon cycle haste and flight speed.

Aft Weapons

  • Chronometric Polaron Beam Array
  • Omni-Directional Chronometric Polaron Beam Array

Using the Chronometric Polaron Beam Array and Omni-Directional Chronometric Polaron Beam Array together with the Console - Tactical - Chronometric Capacitor (all from the Future Proof mission "Time and Tide") enables the three bonus from the Chronometric Calculations Set. This will boost Auxiliary Power and enable the Chronometric Energy Converter ability, which increases both Exotic and Weapon Damage.

Deflector

  • Solanae Deflector Array from the Solanae Dyson Sphere mission "A Step Between Stars"

Secondary Deflector

  • Deteriorating Secondary Deflector

The Elite Fleet Intervention Protomatter Deflector Array provides additional Impulse Expertise, as well as bonuses to Weapon Specialization and Shield Penetration to make this build even more deadly.

Impulse

  • Solanae Hyper-Efficient Impulse Engines from the Solanae Dyson Sphere mission "A Step Between Stars"

Core

  • Obelisk Subspace Rift Warp Core from the Solanae Dyson Sphere mission "Sphere of Influence"

Shield

  • Solanae Resilient Shield Array from the Solanae Dyson Sphere mission "A Step Between Stars"

Devices

  • Auxiliary Battery
  • Shields Battery
  • Subspace Field Modulator from the "Skirmish" mission.

Engineering Consoles

  • Console - Universal - Nadeon Detonator
  • Console - Universal - Aero Shuttle Bay
  • Console - Universal - Auxiliary Warp Core Ejection from the Kelvin Timeline Constitution-class Cruiser
  • Console - Engineering - Trellium-D Plating from Future Proof mission "Ragnarok."

Science Consoles

  • Console - Science - Restorative Particle Focuser (x5) from the Fleet Research Lab holding.

Tactical Consoles

  • Console - Tactical - Chronometric Capacitor from the Future Proof mission "Time and Tide"
  • Console – Universal - Ablative Generator

Hangars

  • Hangar - Elite Delta Flyers from the Fleet Starbase holding
